Plot
Set in a darkly reimagined 1985, the era of masked heroes has been effectively ended by government intervention. When one of these former vigilantes is violently killed, an inquiry into the murder begins. The surviving heroes come together to thwart their impending demise, only to stumble upon a malevolent scheme that threatens the very existence of mankind. As they delve deeper, they must confront not only their own pasts but also the catastrophic implications of the conspiracy they unveil.
