Plot

Barry Goldwater Elementary is facing imminent failure, struggling with the worst test scores in the state, teachers who are either intoxicated or engaging in inappropriate behavior, and a principal who is shaking down parents for cash. Tom, the beleaguered vice-principal, must step up to motivate the apathetic faculty, reveal the principal's unethical practices, and revitalize the school before the board makes a final decision at the end of the day.
