Plot

Set in 1972 Uruguay, a brutal dictatorship takes hold, threatening the integrity of Diego and Leonardo, two writers behind a popular comedy show. They face mounting pressure to dilute their political satire aimed at the oppressive military regime. Meanwhile, Rojas, a lieutenant tasked with torturing dissenting youth, seeks solace in his relationship with Susana, a prostitute.
