Plot
A mysterious entity is preying on virgin women in Manhattan, sending the city into a state of fear. Dr. Pace teams up with Detective Andriotti to investigate bizarre organic substances discovered on the victims. As their inquiry deepens, the women inexplicably awaken from their comas and begin to vanish from the hospital, heightening the tension. With time running out, the duo races to uncover the truth behind these eerie occurrences before more lives are lost to the sinister force lurking in the shadows.
