Plot

"Perception" explores the complex narratives surrounding immigration through the eyes of two contrasting characters. A Honduran mother faces overwhelming pressure to leave her homeland in search of a better life, while an American teenager, raised in a white supremacist environment, grapples with the hatred instilled in him towards immigrants. As their paths intertwine, the film delves into themes of empathy, understanding, and the often painful realities of seeking refuge versus the biases that can cloud judgment.
