Plot

Graham Marshall, a dedicated Madison Avenue executive, feels his hard work has finally earned him a promotion. However, when a brash colleague snags the position instead, Graham's frustration boils over. In a moment of rage, he accidentally kills a persistent panhandler by pushing him onto subway tracks. This incident sparks a dark transformation; Graham devises schemes to eliminate his bothersome wife and overbearing boss, believing he can finally seize control of his life. Yet, as a nosy detective and a lost cigarette lighter bring scrutiny, Graham's plans threaten to unravel, forcing him to confront the consequences of his actions.
