Plot

Three outlaws successfully rob a stagecoach but soon find themselves on the run. When their horses tire, they resort to killing some Native Americans to steal their mounts. This brutal act incites the tribes, forcing the outlaws to seek shelter in a nearby Army fort. The Native Americans arrive, proposing a peaceful resolution in exchange for the capture of the trio. The fort's commanding officer prefers peace, yet the law dictates that the outlaws must face trial in a white man’s court, leaving the tribes with no option but to launch an assault.
