Plot

Corey, a young man grappling with Sickle Cell disease, feels trapped in a life defined by his illness. Desperate for support, he finds a glimmer of hope through a school project focused on his condition. However, his journey is complicated by his partnership with Kevin, a bully, and his struggle to keep his illness private. As Corey confronts the possibility of a cure, he faces his mother's fears, his friend Carrie's encouragement, and his own doubts. Ultimately, he questions whether he must take action himself rather than solely relying on divine intervention.
