Plot

Julia Garth, a pioneering female physician, arrives in 1880 Santa Fe with the ambition to modernize local medical practices. Her innovative approach, however, meets resistance from the entrenched local doctor, Rourke O'Brien, who is determined to uphold traditional methods. As tensions rise, Julia must navigate both professional challenges and personal conflicts in her quest to transform healthcare in the community, ultimately testing the limits of her resolve and the acceptance of change in a town steeped in history.
