Plot
Ernie Williams, a timid American GI, bears an extraordinary likeness to British Colonel MacKenzie. Renowned for his skills in mimicry and disguise, Williams is recruited to impersonate the Colonel for a covert mission. Unbeknownst to him, the Colonel has been marked for assassination. When the Colonel's plane crashes, Williams must continue the ruse, using his newfound identity to mislead the Nazis about the impending D-Day invasion. As tensions rise, the stakes climb higher for Williams, who finds himself navigating a dangerous game of deception in wartime Europe.
