Plot
Oscar Wilde, a married playwright, grapples with his attraction to young men. After considerable effort, he premieres his iconic play 'The Importance of Being Earnest' in London. A chance encounter with Lord Alfred 'Bosie' Douglas ignites a passionate romance. However, their relationship sparks a bitter confrontation with Bosie's tyrannical father, the Marquess of Queensberry, leading to a legal battle. Faced with the harsh realities of anti-gay laws, Wilde finds himself imprisoned. Yet, his remarkable intellect and resilience help him endure the challenges until he eventually regains his freedom.
