Plot

Chicago cop Terry McCain is hell-bent on bringing down mobster Sal DiMarco, who consistently evades justice due to legal loopholes. During a surveillance operation, a violent shootout occurs, resulting in one of Terry's colleagues absconding with $3 million of Sal's cash. Believing Terry is behind the theft, Sal retaliates by targeting Terry's brother, Dylan, and his partner, Frankie Hawkins. Fueled by rage and a thirst for vengeance, Terry embarks on a relentless quest to confront the criminal underworld and protect his loved ones at any cost.
