Living in Peril (1997)

Plot

Young architect Walter leaves his wife, Linda, to take on a mansion project for Harrison in Los Angeles. After a near-fatal encounter with a reckless truck driver, Walter complains to the trucking company, resulting in the driver’s dismissal. Settling into his new apartment, he clashes with the irritable landlord William and faces escalating misfortunes. His architectural plans are sabotaged, and Harrison disapproves of his work. The situation spirals further when Walter discovers his apartment infested with rats and his attractive neighbor murdered in his bed, leading him to suspect the vengeful truck driver is behind it all.
