Plot
Set against the picturesque backdrop of coastal Maine, "In the Bedroom" explores the evolving relationships within a family facing turmoil. Matt Fowler, a local doctor, shares his life with his wife, Ruth, a music educator from New York. Their son becomes entangled in a romantic relationship with a local single mother.
