Plot

Dinosaurs didn’t fully vanish when the asteroids struck 65 million years ago. In the present day, one in every ten thousand people is a dinosaur, having adapted to human size and using advanced solid-light holograms to blend in. They indulge in common cooking herbs like basil, rosemary, and tarragon to get high, while adhering to the strict laws of their secret government; any human who discovers their existence faces execution. Dino private eyes Vincent Rubio, a velociraptor, and Ernie Watson, a triceratops, are called upon by one of Ernie's former partners to investigate her brother's suicide, leading them to a cult named Voice Of Progress that advocates for dinosaurs to reveal themselves and reclaim the Earth.
