Plot

In 1888, Jack the Ripper meets his end in the Thames River. Fast forward to 1985, as the final stone of London Bridge is placed in Lake Havasu, Arizona, excitement fills the air. However, the joyous occasion turns grim when a series of bizarre murders disrupt the peace. Officer Don Gregory investigates, but his shocking theory—suggesting that the infamous Ripper has somehow returned—falls on deaf ears. As he races against time to prove his claims, the community must confront the chilling possibility that history may be repeating itself.
