Each February, a select group of athletes gathers in Alaska for the grueling Iditarod Trail Invitational, the world's most extreme ultra-marathon. Spanning 1,000 miles across the unforgiving tundra, participants can choose to race on foot, bike, or skis. With more individuals reaching Everest's summit in a single afternoon than completing this daunting course on a bicycle, the challenge is immense. This year, 26 competitors brave the elements in hopes of conquering the trail. As they push their limits, the perilous journey tests not only their physical endurance but also their commitment to survival and adventure.
