Plot
Haunted by the tragic overdose of his sister, Charles Sturgis, a dedicated U.S. drug enforcement agent, sets out on a relentless quest to track down the dangerous narcotics lord Frank McNally. His journey leads him across several cities, from the bustling streets of New York to the historic landscapes of London, Lisbon, Rome, Naples, and ultimately Athens. Along the way, he seeks to confront McNally through his glamorous accomplice, Gina Broger, as Sturgis navigates the treacherous world of drug trafficking and crime.
