Plot
In 1936, as Palestinian villages rebel against British colonial authority, Yusuf finds himself caught between his tranquil rural life and the vibrant, tumultuous atmosphere of Jerusalem, yearning for a future free from escalating turmoil. However, history has its own course. An influx of Jewish immigrants fleeing European antisemitism, some driven by harmful Zionist ambitions, intertwines with the Palestinian population, which is rallying together for the largest and most prolonged uprising against British rule in a 30-year span. Tensions mount as all factions hurtle toward a critical confrontation that will shape the fate of the British Empire and the region itself.
