Plot
In the wake of brutal animal attacks plaguing their town, Sheriff Jim Tanner and his deputy Barbara investigate the source of the terror. Their search leads them to Dr. Hyde, a disgraced military scientist who was left without funding for his controversial dinosaur cloning project. As the situation escalates, the Pentagon learns that Hyde has secured foreign funding to resume his experiments. In a race against time, a strike team is dispatched to rescue Tanner and Barbara while putting an end to Hyde's dangerous endeavors.
