Life Begins for Andy Hardy (1941)

Plot

High school graduation marks a turning point for Andy Hardy, who yearns for independence and adventure. While his father, Judge Hardy, envisions a future in law school for him, Andy chooses to venture to New York City in search of work instead. Determined to prove himself, he resists help from his friend Betsy Booth, quickly discovering that adult life comes with its own challenges. Through perseverance, he secures a job and begins dating a charming receptionist. Along the way, Andy learns valuable life lessons, realizing that he still has much to learn about maturity and responsibility.
