Plot

In "Appointment with Death," Emily Boynton, a controlling stepmother, coerces the family lawyer into obliterating a second will left by her deceased husband that would liberate her stepchildren from her grasp. She embarks on a trip to Europe and the Holy Land with her three stepchildren and daughter-in-law. However, during an archaeological excavation, Emily is discovered murdered. Renowned detective Hercule Poirot is called upon to unravel the mystery surrounding her untimely death, leading to a web of intrigue and deception among the group.
