Plot
Edward "Teddy" Bare is a cunning manipulator who believes he has secured a fortune after murdering his wealthy wife. However, when his expectations crumble, he shifts his focus to Freda Jeffries, a savvy widow with significant assets. Unlike his previous spouse, Freda is sharp-witted and cautious, proving to be a formidable obstacle for Teddy's devious intentions.
