Plot
Amidst the harsh winter of 1938, a Swedish cargo vessel awaits its coal shipment in Gdynia, Poland. Tensions rise when a Polish dockworker attempts to share important news with the Swedish crew but is dismissed callously by the tavern owner. Later that night, the dockworker is discovered murdered, raising suspicion and fear in the air. As shadows deepen, one Swedish sailor encounters a Jewish woman who has escaped the clutches of Nazi Germany, forging a connection that intertwines their fates against the backdrop of impending turmoil and danger.
