Plot
Coke Mason, a miner in Coaltown, Pennsylvania, dreams of improving his life by opening a radio store and marrying Rose Warren. However, his brother George, a gambler, believes Coke’s true potential lies in boxing, where his violent rage transforms him into an "iron man." Tempted by the idea of financial success and Rose’s interest, Coke hesitantly steps into the ring. Yet, as he grapples with his destructive instincts that earn him both acclaim and disdain, he must confront whether he can overcome his inner demons before something tragic occurs.
