Plot
Emanuelle seeks retribution for her sister's tragic suicide, a consequence of fleeing from the cruel Carlo. Capturing him in her basement, she subjects him to a drugged state, compelling him to witness her sexual encounters. As Carlo spirals into disturbing hallucinations filled with violence and gruesome imagery, he becomes desperate to escape and seeks to eliminate Emanuelle.
