Plot
Vulgar follows a down-and-out children's clown struggling to make ends meet in a shabby apartment he can barely afford. His life is further complicated by homeless individuals using his dilapidated car for shelter and his nagging mother residing in a nursing home. Adding to his woes is a best friend who takes advantage of his kindness. In a desperate bid for change, he hatches a plan to reinvent himself as a bachelor clown, hoping to turn his fortunes around and escape his grim reality.
