Plot
In 1944, Cederqvist arrives at a small textile factory to assess how the all-female workforce can enhance their productivity. Initially met with skepticism, he struggles to win over the young women. However, everything changes when he purchases a car, granting him newfound charm and influence. With the ability to shift employees to less strenuous tasks, he begins to forge connections, ultimately transforming both his relationships and the workplace dynamics in the process.
