Plot
After a devastating terrorist strike, the US government launches the ODIN surveillance initiative, deploying millions of mobile robotic cameras dubbed "Eyeborgs" to monitor the populace. However, a federal agent discovers discrepancies between the physical evidence in a series of bizarre murders and the footage captured by these machines. As he delves deeper, he realizes he must operate outside the confines of the system to uncover the true puppet master behind the Eyeborgs, leading him into a dangerous web of conspiracy and deception.
