David Schifter is an accomplished American actor recognized for his engaging performances, particularly in the semi-recurring role of Detective J.D. Walker on Investigation Discovery's "Lt. Kenda: Homicide Hunter" and in Tyler Perry's series "The Have & Have Nots." His career began in his teenage years as the host of the New York cable television program "Spotlight on Teens."
