Plot

In the coastal town of Port City, North Carolina, a homeless man stumbles upon a conspiracy involving an impending invasion. When he tries to alert the police, his warnings fall on deaf ears. However, the local Sheriff starts to notice unusual behavior among residents and becomes intrigued by the vagrant's claims of a sleeper cell hiding in plain sight.
