Plot

In 2012, John Dalli, the European Health Commissioner, faces serious allegations of corruption linked to the tobacco sector. José Bové, an outspoken French MEP and environmentalist, believes Dalli may be the victim of a conspiracy orchestrated by Swedish Match, possibly with the involvement of José Barroso, the President of the European Commission.
