Plot

In 1898, a group of fifty Spanish soldiers reaches the remote village of Baler to establish a military outpost. Despite the looming defeat of the Spanish Empire and the ongoing conflict with Filipino forces and their American allies, the garrison prepares for an arduous eleven-month siege.
