Plot

Twenty-five-year-old Danny Hill inherits his late grandmother's spacious rent-controlled apartment in Manhattan, providing him a unique opportunity. To secure the lease, he must remain locked inside for twelve days. However, as he settles in, Danny discovers that he might not be alone in the apartment. Strange occurrences and unsettling encounters suggest the presence of a mysterious cohabitant, challenging Danny's grip on reality and forcing him to confront the hidden secrets within the walls of his new home.
