Plot
Set in 1868 during the waning days of the Qing Dynasty, corruption at the Imperial Court devastates ordinary lives. Lei Gong, the ruthless leader of the Black Tiger gang, has long sought to eliminate the Northern Sea's boss. His latest recruit, Fei, proves his mettle by defeating the Northern Sea leader in a brutal clash. Just as Lei Gong thinks he has secured dominance over the port, a formidable new gang, the Orphans, emerges. Led by Fei's childhood friend Huo, the Orphans aim to eradicate all criminal influence in the area, setting the stage for an explosive showdown.
