Plot
In "Cheaper by the Dozen," the Baker family relocates to Chicago when Tom, the father, secures a coaching position at Northwestern University. This big move requires adjustments for Tom's wife, Kate, and their 12 kids. Initially, the transition goes smoothly, but as work commitments take precedence, the parents find themselves absent more often. This leads to the children becoming restless and increasingly troublesome, as they navigate their new environment without the guidance of their busy parents.
