Plot

A resolute war widow embarks on a quest to vindicate her late husband, who was court-martialed for desertion and executed. With official records obliterated and the benefits ministry refusing her pension, she refuses to give up. Twenty-six years post-war, she tracks down four surviving members of her husband’s unit, only to discover conflicting accounts of his actions. Each survivor presents a unique perspective, compelling her to sift through the fragmented memories as she relentlessly pursues the truth about her husband's legacy and seeks justice.
