Plot

As the counteroffensive falters, a journalist accompanies a Ukrainian platoon on their quest to cross a mile of heavily defended forest and reclaim a crucial village from Russian control. However, with each step deeper into their ravaged homeland, they come to understand the grim reality that this conflict might continue indefinitely.
