Plot

Felix, a shy writer, and Doris, a boisterous actress, share an apartment building but clash over their contrasting lifestyles. Felix’s constant typing irritates Doris, while her parade of suitors frustrates him. In retaliation, he reports her antics to the landlord, prompting Doris to invade his space. After both are evicted, they take refuge with Barney, only to drive him away as well. Faced with their situation, Felix and Doris contemplate their differences. Will their opposing personalities lead to an unexpected connection?
