Plot
Free-spirited Jerry Day struggles with the expectations of his wife, Toni, who longs for stability and a family. Their lives take a turn when they reconnect with Jerry’s young daughter, Pennie, raised by the affluent relatives of his late wife. Her arrival seems to inspire Jerry to abandon his reckless behavior and embrace responsibility. However, just as he begins to change, a dubious character emerges, threatening to disrupt their newfound family dynamic and pull Jerry back into his old, irresponsible ways.
