Down Dakota Way (1949)

Plot

Roy Rogers stars in Down Dakota Way as he faces off against the nefarious rancher H. T. McKenzie, whose herd has fallen victim to a devastating hoof-and-mouth disease. To evade costly quarantine, McKenzie plots to eliminate the town's veterinarian, jeopardizing both the local community and his own interests. With quick thinking, Rogers enlists the help of McKenzie's aunt to rein in the rancher's impulsive hired gun.
