Plot
When a band of terrorists, headed by a British mastermind and a volatile accomplice, seizes control of the Hoover Dam, they threaten the lives of hostages, including dam workers and civilians, demanding a hefty ransom of $25 million. Unbeknownst to them, Sheriff Jacob Harper, a former Army Ranger with a personal stake in the crisis—his father is among the captives—refuses to back down. Despite the FBI stepping in and sidelining him, Harper takes matters into his own hands, determined to rescue his father and the remaining hostages from the perilous situation.
