Plot

Rollie Tyler, once a master of movie effects, has turned his talents to toymaking. His life takes a dark turn when Mike, his girlfriend Kim’s ex-husband and a police officer, seeks Rollie's expertise to apprehend a dangerous killer. The plan initially unfolds smoothly, but tragedy strikes when both the killer and Mike are murdered. While Mike's superior, Silak, claims the killer is responsible, Rollie suspects otherwise. Teaming up with Leo McCarthy, the former cop turned private investigator, they uncover a deeper conspiracy that puts them both in grave danger.
