Plot
Ayesha, a widow burdened by a hidden history, resides in a peaceful Pakistani town near the Indian border with her cherished son, Saleem. Their serene existence shatters as Islamic nationalism sweeps through the area, igniting fervent zeal among Saleem and other local youths who seek to impose radical Islamic law. The arrival of a group of Sikh pilgrims escalates the already strained atmosphere, forcing Ayesha to confront the ghosts of her past. As tensions rise, her struggle to protect her son and community intensifies, revealing deep-seated conflicts and personal dilemmas.
