Plot

Set against the backdrop of 1972 Santa Cruz, California, a wave of terror grips the community as dismembered bodies emerge along the coastline, hinting at multiple serial killers on the loose. Among the most notorious is Edmund Kemper, infamously dubbed the "Co-Ed Killer." Portrayed as a seemingly affable giant, Kemper lures young women with offers of rides, concealing his monstrous nature and a troubled past filled with dark fantasies.
