Plot

At a remote Arizona airbase, seasoned WWI aviator Steve Britt mentors a group of pilots preparing for WWII. Among them is Peter Stackhouse, a charming Englishman who vies for the heart of Kay Saunders, the rancher’s daughter. As tensions rise between the two men, Britt sets aside personal feelings to ensure Stackhouse successfully completes his training and earns his wings.
