Plot

When a dying scientist hands a store clerk and an ice cream truck driver a lethal chemical stored in ice, their lives are turned upside down. This dangerous substance, known as 'Elvis', poses a catastrophic threat if it thaws, capable of annihilating all life. With terrorists in pursuit, determined to seize the chemical for ransom, the unlikely duo must race against time to deliver 'Elvis' to the closest military base, navigating perilous obstacles along the way.
