Plot

Jason and Midget, two teenagers from Newark, New Jersey, navigate life in a city notorious for car theft. Engaged in a culture of joyriding, they find thrill in stealing vehicles like many around them. However, their reckless antics escalate dramatically when they swipe a police car, triggering a fierce crackdown from law enforcement. As tensions rise, the police respond with violence, resorting to beatings and even gunfire against suspects.
