Plot
In the Louisiana swamps, a gruesome murder leads medical investigator Sam Rivers to uncover the truth behind a man's brutal death. Teaming up with biologist Mary Callahan, they visit the victim's floating home and connect with his family and friends. Their investigation reveals that genetically modified Chinese snakeheads, released by a wealthy hunter, are terrorizing the community. As locals struggle to defend themselves, the hunter Jeff arrives with his team, determined to eradicate the deadly fish. Survival becomes a race against time as danger looms in the murky waters.
