Plot
Moth is released on parole after serving time for a murder he didn’t commit. Having been imprisoned just before the Bulgarian communist takeover of 1944, he emerges into a strange and oppressive environment—Sofia in the 1960s. On his first night of freedom, he navigates a sinister city marked by crumbling neighborhoods, shadowy streets, and an array of eccentric individuals that shape his unsettling new reality.
